PAW STATE ships Australia-wide. All orders are tracked and fully insured.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days Australia-wide
- Express options may be available at checkout for select products
- All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
- Standard shipping $11.00 AUD on orders under $100
- Express shipping $15.00 AUD for 1–2 business day delivery
- International shipping $24.95 AUD flat rate
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on location and customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@pawstate.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it immediately.
